We're here to make cholesterol management less of a mystery and more of a... well, manageable thing.

Look, managing cholesterol is tiring enough without having to wade through medical jargon that reads like it was written by a particularly unfriendly committee. So we try to break cholesterol management information into understandable, everyday speak for people who haven't got a medical degree.

We've built a straightforward cholesterol calculator based on NHS levels and Heart UK. And we publish articles about ingredients like plant sterols and oat beta-glucan, ingredients that have actually been proven to help your cholesterol levels without guilt trips or apocalyptic warnings involving imminent cardiac doom.
